You will develop and validate agent-enabled discovery workflows, translating scientific questions into practical, reproducible pipelines and partnering with data science and platform teams.

The role focuses on building prototypes, delivering measurable value, and collaborating across scientific, data science, and technology teams, with international travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent substantial experience in cheminformatics, computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, or a related discipline.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience developing automated workflows, pipelines, or scientific applications.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

• Build trusted partnerships with chemists, ISD/CADD scientists, biologists, DMPK scientists, and data scientists to understand workflows.
• Translate complex scientific questions into defined workflows with explicit evidence and decisions.
• Design use cases, reference datasets, and success criteria for rigorous evaluation.
• Evaluate agent behaviour for scientific validity, reproducibility, and robustness.
