Job summary

MSF International is seeking an Information Security Lead to drive governance, strategy and incident response across MSF offices worldwide. The role focuses on building an effective information security framework, aligning stakeholders, and guiding risk-based decisions in a complex humanitarian environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape policies, and coordinate with ISM Platform, SITS, and field missions to strengthen MSF’s security posture while balancing operational realities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; CISSP or CISA is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in information security or security risk management.
• Experience in cloud, network, and security architectures.
• Proven ability to lead complex, international programmes.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MSF's information security strategy and roadmap.
• Define policies, standards, and procedures across MSF.
• Advise senior management on risks and mitigation options.
• Lead incident response across headquarters and field missions.
• Coordinate with IT, legal, communications, HR, and security.
• Represent MSF in information security forums.
