NVISO is seeking a Cyber Incident Manager to lead the response to high-impact cyber incidents for European clients. You will own the full incident lifecycle from triage to recovery, coordinating technical and business workstreams and translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will work closely with Incident Responders, Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence, and legal teams, ensuring timely, well-documented decisions.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in a NATO member state.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, incident response, crisis management or similar.
• Ability to explain technically complex matters to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as Incident Lead during active engagements and coordinate the technical response.
• Assess incidents, determine severity and impact, activate experts quickly.
• Run customer and internal incident calls and maintain incident timeline and logs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer leadership during incidents.
• Produce high-quality incident deliverables including executive updates and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with legal, privacy, risk, communications, insurers and external specialists.
• Lead post-incident reviews and turn findings into improvements to playbooks and readiness.
• Maintain incident documentation and traceable decisions throughout engagement.
