Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the commercial strategy of our international hotel. This leadership role focuses on prospecting, negotiating and closing new business across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Airline segments, while steering a high-performing sales team.

You will manage RFPs, leverage IHG network opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in hotel or hospitality sales with team leadership.
• Strong track record in winning new business and negotiating/closing deals.
• Experience with Corporate, MICE and RFP management in an international setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a team of business developers with a hunting mindset.
• Prospect, negotiate and secure new local and international accounts.
• Manage the full RFP process and maximize opportunities from the global sales network.
• Grow Meetings & Events business through higher conversion and long-term relationships.
• Use CRM and data to build a strong pipeline and deliver results.
• Collaborate with marketing to fuel lead generation and reinforce brand identity.
