BNY is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and implement comprehensive people strategies across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness while leveraging data and market insights to drive decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, advising senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed settings.
• Experience delivering people strategies that drive business outcomes in international environments (EMEA preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to translate priorities into practical people solutions.
