BNY is seeking a seasoned People Partner to drive enterprise-wide people strategies for the Commercial Organization across Continental Europe. You will advise senior leaders, translate business priorities into workforce plans, and oversee talent, engagement, and organization design initiatives.

You will lead a team of People professionals, partner with the broader business, and champion a culture aligned with BNY principles and change readiness across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in people strategy or HR with leadership experience.
• Strong planning and consulting skills; connect people priorities to business strategy.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on complex change initiatives.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation to drive improvements.
• Collaborative, innovative, client-focused approach in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and execution of enterprise-aligned people strategies across Continental Europe.
• Advise senior leaders, translating priorities into people initiatives and workforce plans.
• Oversee delivery of people advisory services across talent, engagement, org design, and leadership.
• Drive programs to improve employee engagement, team effectiveness, and performance.
• Support People Team processes including TA, development, compensation & mobility, ER, M&A, governance.
• Manage year-end compensation, talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of People professionals.
• Build partnerships across People Team and the business for aligned delivery.
• Champion a culture reflecting BNY principles and change readiness.
