Onetowin is seeking a senior People Transformation & Strategy Consultant to drive strategic transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership, providing workforce insights, governance support, and data-driven recommendations to shape future workforce decisions.

The role sits at the intersection of HR, organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and business consulting. You will combine analytical capability with transformation management in a senior stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, organizational change, workforce strategy, or management consulting.
• Ability to work with workforce, financial and organizational data to generate insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic workforce insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Support large-scale transformation initiatives and assess their people impact.
• Contribute to workforce planning activities, including capability assessments and talent heatmaps.
• Analyze the impact of AI, digitalization, and changing business models on jobs, skills, and organizational design.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, PMO activities, project tracking, and reporting.
• Deliver workforce and organizational analyses using quantitative data and business insights.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Strategy, and business stakeholders to align transformation priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by challenging assumptions and facilitating decision-making.
• Support organizational redesign, change initiatives, and workforce capability development.
• Prepare and present executive-level materials and recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transformation, organizational change, workforce strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programs in medium to large organizations.
• Proven ability to work with workforce, financial, and organizational data to generate business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership and executive-level discussions.
• Experience managing projects, governance structures, milestones, and reporting.
• Ability to quickly integrate into a complex organization and operate in a highly dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience within consulting environments (Big Four or similar consulting background) is considered a strong asset.
