Elia Group in Brussels is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner, aligning people strategy with business priorities and supporting senior managers in delivering sustainable performance and transformation.

You will lead strategic workforce planning, drive cultural change, advise on HR topics, and manage social dialogue, projects and HR services across the business unit, contributing to a high-performing organization.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in a strategic HR position.
• Knowledge of recruiting, training, competency management, remuneration policy and social relations.
• Good knowledge of social legislation.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partnering: deploy HR strategy and set HR priorities with business strategy.
• Transformation & change: advise on change, coach managers, drive digitalisation and new ways of working.
• Operational excellence: advise on organisational design, performance and talent management.
• Social dialogue: prepare and organise social consultations and negotiations.
• Project leadership: act as project manager for HR initiatives and contribute to cross-functional groups.
