Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in export controls, sanctions, or trade compliance.
• Strong understanding of export controls and sanctions.
• Experience in multinational environments or advisory roles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Structured and analytical with sound judgement in risk situations.
• Clear communicator able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Collaborative and comfortable working in a global environment.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for EC&S topics, providing clear and pragmatic guidance to the business.
• Identify and assess EC&S risks related to transactions, countries, business partners, products, and end-use.
• Review selected transactions and support decision making by recommending whether to proceed, mitigate, or escalation.
• Handle and document escalations in a structured way, in alignment with the Head of Global EC&S Compliance.
• Work closely with Regional Trade Compliance Managers on questions linked to local regulations and specific jurisdictions.
• Support the application of EC&S controls across key areas such as country restrictions, product classification, business partner screening, end-use checks, and export licensing.
