Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customs compliance in a multinational setting.
• Master's degree in Business, Law, International Trade, or related field.
• Knowledge of EU/UCC, US HTS, WTO Valuation, and APAC frameworks.
• Experience with audits, BTI, AEO, and rulings.
• Familiarity with trade compliance systems like SAP GTS or similar.

Responsabilités

• Define, govern, and improve the global customs compliance framework across regions.
• Provide technical guidance on classification, valuation, origin, and duty management.
• Support audits and engagement with authorities (BTI, AEO, rulings).
• Lead and develop the Global Customs team and training programs.
• Drive data/technology initiatives and cost optimisation in GTM and KPIs.
