Methanex is seeking a Customer Supply Specialist in Waterloo, Belgium to join our global team. This role combines supply chain with customer relations and focuses on delivering reliable logistics, inventory control and service excellence.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage inventories, oversee contracts with transport partners, and forecast supply and allocation while supporting Responsible Care initiatives in our multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics or related field or a high school diploma in Transport/Logistics Management.
• Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain is an asset.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.

Responsabilités

• Co-ordinating Deliveries and liaising with transport partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Management for Methanex and customer terminals.
• Vendor and Contract Management with truck/rail/barge partners.
• Order Management ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Forecasting & Allocation for supply and demand.
• Logistics & Project Support for Responsible Care initiatives.
