Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders from entry to completion.
• Validate order data, pricing, product specs, Incoterms, and payment terms.
• Prepare and coordinate transportation and documentation.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Logistics, Sales and other stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate transportation activities per customer needs and carrier contracts.
• Provide clear instructions to transport partners and warehouse teams.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Act as the central point to troubleshoot transport challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Proactively identify risks and communicate updates.
• Be a key contact for logistics topics for Western Europe.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Support logistics-related improvement projects in transport and warehousing.
• Provide backup for logistics colleagues when needed.

Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition EMENA is seeking aLogistics Specialist.

In this versatile logistics role, you help ensure the smooth flow of goods. You are involved in daily operational follow-up, order handling, and the preparation of transport and documentation. You will work closely with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Experience, and Warehouse teams and gradually build expertise in logistics.

This role is ideal for a junior profile who is eager to learn logistics processes, enjoys administration with impact, and wants to grow in logistics. Motivation, customer focus, curiosity, and interest in logistics and transportation are more important than years of experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operational coordination, customer interaction, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

Order Management & Customer Experience Support

You will act as a backup for Customer Experience colleagues and help maintain efficient day-to-day operations by:

• Managing customer orders from entry to completion.
• Validating order data, pricing agreements, product specifications, Incoterms, and payment conditions.
• Preparing and coordinating transportation and documentation.
• Collaborating closely with Customer Experience, Logistics, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Transport & Warehouse Coordination

• Plan and coordinate transportation activities in line with customer requirements and existing carrier contracts.
• Provide clear and accurate instructions to transport partners, warehouse teams, and other stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor shipments proactively and ensure on-time pickup and delivery, keeping customer commitments and requested delivery dates at the center of every decision.
• Act as the key point of coordination when issues arise, troubleshooting transportation and delivery challenges and driving timely, effective solutions.
• Take a customer-centric and solution-driven approach, proactively identifying risks, communicating updates, and implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Logistics, and external partners to continuously improve service levels and operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Support

• Act as a key contact for logistics topics for the Western European market.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Support logistics-related improvement projects in transport and warehousing.
• Act as backup for colleagues within logistics when needed.

Qualifications
