Our client, a prominent multinational manufacturer of surfactants and specialty chemicals, seeks a Logistic Operations Specialist to drive order fulfillment and service excellence across the EMEA region.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and external partners, provide technical and regulatory documentation, and strive for continuous service improvements in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and customer order fulfilment.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced international environment.
• Knowledge of technical, regulatory, and commercial documentation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for key customers in the EMEA region, ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and proactive communication.
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders on availability and terms.
• Resolve customer issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide customers with technical, regulatory, and commercial documentation.
• Identify service improvements and implement customer-centric solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Monitor order performance, manage exceptions, and maintain transparency.
• Deliver support in a fast-paced international environment.
