The
Supply Chain Supervisor Belgium & Netherlands plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain for both markets.
This position oversees customer service, logistics operations, and order management, ensuring best-in-class service to our clients and Maisons.
The role includes supervision of a team of five, coordination with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing), and strong collaboration with regional and central Supply Chain teams to guarantee alignment, accuracy, and efficiency across all activities.
Job Responsibilities
Demand planning
- Responsible for the Demand Planning for both Belgium and the Netherlands and work closely with the central Demand Planning teams and Finance/Sales teams to ensure accurate volume forecasts and alignment between demand and supply.
- Lead the S&OP process, providing inputs related to fulfilment rate, forecast accuracy, stock level, logistics performance, obsoletes and slow movers, inventory constraints, and.
- Ensure the roll-out of the Integrated Business Planning Project for the 3 markets. Promote the change management to adopt the new processes and tools (Maestro, Machine Learning for forecasting, Lifecycle Management status, etc).
Order-to-Cash and Customer Service
- Oversee the order-to-cash cycle for both Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
- Supervise and support the Customer Service team, ensuring high responsiveness and problem-solving capability for all customer-related matters.
- Act as the main point of contact for Maisons, sales and marketing teams, and distributors regarding order and delivery status.
- Ensure compliance with Moët Hennessy and LVMH policies, maintaining high-quality standards across the process.
- Roll out the initiatives in order to cash automation (specially order taking) to focus on customer care.
Logistics and 3PL Coordination
- Manage and monitor 3PL performance, including warehousing, co-packing, transport, and distribution across the 3 markets, even when the Logistics activity is operated by the Central teams in MHCS/Cognac.
- Track and optimise supply chain KPIs, including on-time delivery, fulfilment rate, OTIF and logistics cost performance (even with Central warehouse).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve service quality.
Leadership and Team Development
- Supervise and develop a team of five, providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer orientation within the Supply Chain team.
- Partner closely with other market teams and regional functions to ensure consistency and best practices across the cluster.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service within FMCG, luxury, or beverage industries.
- Experience managing 3PLs, transport, or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
Languages
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
