The Villeroy & Boch Group is a global leader in premium dining and lifestyle solutions, with a strong presence in bathroom and wellness products. This role serves as the main link between customers and the sales organization, handling orders, inquiries, and returns with a focus on timely service.

You will interact with customers via phone and email, provide product information, resolve issues, and support order processing in an international context.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service area.
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
• Good computing skills and strong organizational talent.

Responsabilités

• Handle order processing for a group of customers in an international setting.
• Contact customers by telephone or email to provide information and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate order follow-up and high-quality customer service.
• Develop a high level of product knowledge to support customers.
• Coordinate with central accounting to follow up credit notes and invoices.
