Victaulic in Belgium is seeking a Customer Care Project & SRS Coordinator to partner with the management team to support project coordination and connect Customer Care with VDC (Virtual Design and Construction).

You will liaise with Sales Admin and the VDC teams to manage quotes and orders, monitor material availability, expedite items as needed, and ensure timely, accurate project execution while safeguarding customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
• Able to travel infrequently.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Sales Admin and VDC teams to manage quotes and orders.
• Monitor material availability and expedite items when required.
• Ensure timely, accurate project handling and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support customer care operations and training initiatives.
