Vandemoortele is seeking a Customer Care Agent International Accounts to be the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service for key global accounts. You will coordinate orders, pricing, and master data while supporting commercial and operational objectives in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance, handling a variety of customer portfolios, and acting as a reliable back-up for colleagues as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commercial field or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with commitment to customer experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German or Dutch a plus.
• Proficient in IT applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Highly accurate and administratively strong.

Responsabilités

• Process orders and forecast correctly to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve order-blocking issues with internal stakeholders (AR; sales).
• Follow up OTIF deviations and issue credit notes as needed.
• Send samples and support in sales and business development.
• Maintain responsive communication with customers as main point of contact.
• Coordinate with 2nd/3rd line to resolve problems.
• Register complaints and ensure resolution communication.
• Send pro forma invoices and follow up on prepayments.
• Contribute to product development and packaging/ loading projects.
• Ensure delivery meets customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Address stock-related issues to prevent OOS/POS/PCS.
• Implement price changes in SAP and other systems.
• Maintain customer master data and platforms.
