Jobtailor is seeking a skilled M&A/Corporate Finance professional to support origination and execution across EMEA, North America and APAC. The role focuses on financial modelling, market research, and ensuring capital-raising readiness.

You will liaise with multiple stakeholders to assess targets, manage analyses, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Global travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree level required or equivalent.
• Professional Accreditation such as ACCA/ACA/CFA preferred.
• Previous relevant experience in M&A/finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Proven track record in finance or deal execution.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Results oriented with ability to work on own initiative.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A Origination across EMEA, North America and APAC
• Preparing and supporting the business on all capital raising projects including ensuring business is IPO/Sale ready
• Own all aspects of business & financial Modelling for M&A activity
• Perform market research and analysis for target mapping
• Support on all data analysis and assessment for acquisition targets
• Support Management with commercials on all types of fundraising, M&A Strategy and closing acquisitions
• Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
• Assess and predict financial risks and returns
• Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts
• Advise on how to meet targets and create target investment returns
• Coordinate and perform special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned
• Establish strong processes to support the on-going analysis of business performance and changes in the market
• Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Must be educated to degree level or similar
• Must have a Professional Accreditation such as ACCA/ACA/CFA
• Previous experience relevant to this specific role
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Proven track record
