Job summary

ICF seeks a Manager – Project Finance Control to lead a Europe & Asia based team, oversee project financial performance, and ensure adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, and ASC606. The role requires strong leadership in a multi-country environment and hands-on experience with Maconomy and Power BI.

The successful candidate will manage forecasting, revenue recognition, and reporting, partnering with Project Managers and Directors to drive efficiency and control, while maintaining compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• MBA, M.Com, CMA or equivalent finance qualification.
• 8–10 years’ experience in project finance/controllership in services or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, ASC606.
• Proven team management experience in a matrix, multi-country environment.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and ERP experience (Maconomy preferred).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Experienced user of financial/ERP systems (Maconomy strongly preferred or willingness to learn quickly).
• High numerical accuracy and strong analytical skills.
• Experience working in a matrix organization across multiple geographies (Europe/Asia).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Project Finance Controllers across Europe & Asia.
• Drive financial discipline, reporting, and governance across projects.
• Oversee project performance, forecasting, margins, and revenue recognition.
• Manage contracts setup, ERP data, and SOX compliance.
• Provide management with insights, variance analyses, and recommendations.
• Present monthly performance to Senior Leadership.
