Job summary

Projective Group is seeking a Business Analyst to help top-tier financial institutions resolve transformation challenges. You will join a Transformation team and work on core banking, insurance transformations, digital journeys, and regulatory initiatives.

The role blends business, technology, and consulting to deliver high-impact outcomes. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, translating needs into clear requirements and leading workshops to shape scope, prioritise

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant within Financial Services.
• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of banking, insurance, payments, and/or risk & compliance domains.
• Experience with transformation or change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and structuring skills; translate complexity into clear insights.
• Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation, supporting clients through complex change initiatives.
• Analyze and document business processes, operating models, and customer journeys in financial services environments.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured business and functional requirements.
• Support end-to-end transformation initiatives (digitalisation, regulatory changes, core system migrations, target operating models).
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and solutions.
• Create consulting deliverables such as business cases, gap analyses, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and testers throughout delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive clarity and momentum in complex transformations.
