Johnson & Johnson Finance Solutions & Technology is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst Internal Reporting to drive enhanced reporting for IBP, PVM, and LRFP across the SigniFi transformation. The role supports multiple locations including Beerse, NJ, Wokingham, and Zug with case-by-case remote options.

You will design analytics, partner with stakeholders, and maintain data integrity while advancing global FP&A processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 4+ years of finance or accounting experience required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or similar tools for reporting and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present complex information.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver advanced financial reporting and analytics across the organization.
• Collaborate with finance teams to enhance local, regional, and global reporting.
• Provide analytics and strategic recommendations to support management reporting.
• Support SigniFi program initiatives and ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.
• Partner with Data Design and Technical Product Owners and with change management teams.
