Petersime nv in Belgium seeks a Customer Experience Officer to introduce Petersime digital solutions and advanced services worldwide (excl. APAC), train customers and monitor usage after deployment.

Report to the Internal Sales & Engineering Manager (Belgium). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 5+ years in IT software sales or account management are required. Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus. Travel about 25–30% is expected.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree required.
• 5+ years in IT software sales or account management.
• Soft-sell approach with understanding of customer operations.

Responsabilités

• Contact clients & prospects to introduce Petersime digital solutions and advanced services.
• Demonstrate value of Petersime's digital solutions via online and live demos.
• Follow up on offers in close cooperation with Area Sales Manager or Sales Director.
• Monitor customer adoption and ensure proper usage of Petersime solutions.
• Provide training and support; communicate with other departments to align on customer needs.
