As a Customer Experience Officer you are responsible for introducing, selling & training digital solutions and advanced services to Petersime customers globally (excl. APAC region). You also follow up on these customers after sales and monitor customer’s usage and experience. You report to the Internal Sales & Engineering Manager (Belgium).
Your KPI will be market adoptation (as a % of installed machine base), churn rate (compared as a % of activated licenses) & average license fee per installed machine (€ / machine)

Your responsibilities

• Contact clients & prospects to introduce Petersime digital solutions and advanced services.
• Demonstrate to customers & prospects, by means of online & live demo’s, the added value of Petersime’s digital solutions & advanced services resulting in a better performing hatchery.
• Follow up on offers to clients for digital solutions and advanced services in close cooperation with the Area Sales Manager, Sales Director or local agents.
• Monitor customer's activity in adopting to Petersime’s digital solutions and engage with clients as needed to ensure good understanding and proper usage from the client.
• Provide training and support where and when needed.
• Consult and communicate in close contact with other departments and colleagues within Petersime, namely area sales managers, sales support officers, product management and service department.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience with sales or account management in IT related products (software) or services.
• You are a soft seller (consultant) from a basis of understanding the complexity of customer’s operation and how Petersime’s digital solutions contribute to a good performing hatchery.
• You are enthusiastic about the digitization trend that sectors such as poultry are undergoing and the new benefits and possibilities it offers.
• You have affinity with software and cloud applications and interested in learning about hatcheries and the poultry sector
• You are a team player with a belief that internal consultation with other departments and colleagues (area sales managers, product management, finance, credit control and installation) leads to better results.
• You are independent and mature, you can work proactively and independently with minor supervision.
• You are fluent in communication, both in English and French. Dutch would be an advantage
• You look forward to traveling 25-30% of your time to maintain close contact with the customers.
