MPower Plus in Belgium seeks a Contract Manager to oversee agreements across a global client base. You will manage contracts, amendments, and disputes, ensuring compliance with service obligations and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of DPA/GDPR/NIS2, contract law, and complex stakeholder coordination within a multinational environment. Fluent Dutch or French is expected, with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DPA, GDPR, and NIS2.
• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
• Experience in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Agreement, including contractual obligations and amendments.
• Report on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Follow up on contractual disputes.
• Support the customer in disputes with supplier where the service provider's support is required.
• Collaborate with the customer contract management team.
