Qualifications

• Strong contract management experience in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of DPA, GDPR, and NIS2 is required.
• Familiarity with contract documents such as SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Agreement, including contractual obligations and amendments.
• Handle disputes and monitor compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Provide reporting on contract performance and compliance.
• Support customer in disputes with suppliers involving the Service provider.
