Montash is seeking a Service Level Manager (Third Party Risk Management) for Brussels-based operations, with 2 days per week on-site. This freelance/B2B role focuses on contract governance, SLA management and cross-functional collaboration with IT engineers and external providers.

The candidate will oversee contract lifecycles, monitor performance and cost, and support audits and risk mitigation within the CIO Office framework.

Qualifications

• Must have English plus Dutch or French.
• Experience coordinating IT engineers and external providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong ownership and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of third party and intragroup contracts, and negotiate SLAs.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts.
• Identify contract requirements and write specifications for existing and new contracts.
• Monitor performance and cost against agreed SLAs and KPIs, and check invoices against actuals.
• Monitor risks, including business continuity and service disruptions.
• Ensure service governance is defined and implemented, and support audits for compliance.
• Address and resolve escalations or disputes related to service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with internal processes, policies and control standards, flagging deviations.

About the Role:

This is an operational Service Level Management role sitting within the central Service Management team of a major finance organisation's CIO Office, which delivers services across several IT domains. The core focus is third party risk management, contract governance, and the day-to-day follow-up of the full contract lifecycle, working alongside IT engineers and external providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of third party and intragroup contracts, and negotiate SLAs
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts
• Identify contract requirements and write specifications for existing and new contracts
• Monitor performance and cost against agreed SLAs and KPIs, and check invoices against actuals
• Monitor risks, including business continuity and service disruptions
• Ensure service governance is defined and implemented, and support audits for compliance
• Address and resolve escalations or disputes related to service delivery
• Monitor compliance with internal processes, policies and control standards, flagging deviations

Required Skills:

Must-have:

• English, plus Dutch or French
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across IT Engineers and external providers
• Strong ownership, accuracy and flexibility (client's own framing for the ideal candidate)

Nice-to-have:

• Master's level education or equivalent experience
• Up to 5 years' relevant experience in a similar environment
• IT-related background, or knowledge of Risk Management and/or DORA
