• Manage the Agreement, including contractual obligations and amendments.
• Handle disputes and monitor compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Provide reporting on contract performance and compliance.
• Support customer in disputes with suppliers involving the Service provider.

Position: Contract Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Language requirement:Dutch and English (Fluent)

Engagement: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities:

• The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the Agreement, including contractual

obligations, Contract amendments and Disputes.

• Managing contractual obligations and contract amendments.
• Reporting on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Following up on contractual disputes.
• Supporting customer in disputes with customer's suppliers involving the Service provider and for which customer reasonably requires support from the Service provider.

Required skills and knowledge:

Must have:

• Knowledge and practical understanding of DPA, GDPR, and NIS2
• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of creating and managing contracts.
• Should have working experience with customer Contract management team.

Good to have:

• Information security basics (ISO 27001, SOC controls)
