onetowin data services is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contract Transition Lead to support the Monarch program and manage the disentanglement between two companies. You will analyse the shared contract landscape and drive the establishment of standalone agreements.

The role requires strong contract, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with autonomy to lead complex transition projects and coordinate with internal and external parties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Understanding of contracts, legal terminology and risk assessment.
• Experience leading complex analysis or transition projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and supplier environments.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Experience within telecom or utilities is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

Description/Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contract Transition Lead to support the Monarch program and the ongoing contractual disentanglement between two companies. The consultant will be responsible for analysing the existing shared contract landscape, identifying transition opportunities, prioritising key agreements, and driving the transfer or establishment of standalone contracts.
