Mpower Plus Global Ltd in Belgium seeks a Contract Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of agreements, ensuring obligations are met, amendments processed and disputes resolved.

The role includes coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining contract governance, and supporting the customer in disputes with suppliers, ensuring service provider involvement where required.

Qualifications

• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of creating and managing contracts.
• Experience with customer Contract management team.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Agreement including contractual obligations, amendments and disputes.
• Reporting on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Following up on contractual disputes.
• Supporting customer in disputes with customer's suppliers involving the Service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the Agreement, including contractual

obligations, Contract amendments and Disputes.

• Managing contractual obligations and contract amendments.
• Reporting on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Following up on contractual disputes.
• Supporting customer in disputes with customer's suppliers involving the Service provider and for which customer reasonably requires support from the Service provider.

Required skills and knowledge:

Must have:

• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of creating and managing contracts.
• Should have working experience with customer Contract management team.

Good to have:

• Data protection (GDPR, DTIA, DPIA)
• Information security basics (ISO 27001, SOC controls)
