Conservation International is seeking an International Compensation Manager to design and manage compensation programs across multiple regions, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity while reflecting local market conditions and regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with HR, Finance, and regional leaders, you will support salary structures, market reviews, and governance to drive fair pay practices across a globally distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation
• Experience in global or multi-country programs
• Experience across international markets
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• English fluent; additional languages a plus

Responsabilités

• Conduct global market benchmarking and pricing across regions.
• Partner with salary survey providers to analyze trends.
• Monitor currency fluctuations and labor market changes.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job grading.
• Support annual compensation reviews and market adjustments.
• Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and budgets.
• Provide governance, reporting, and advisory support to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and workforce analytics.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assist with HRIS data processes and system testing.
