Qualifications

• 10 years of C&B experience (international context preferred).
• Analytical mindset with experience in complex reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to advise senior managers and manage change.

Responsabilités

• Develop and evolve compensation strategy aligned with growth and business strategy.
• Design and implement global benefits programs that are competitive and compliant.
• Lead global mobility initiatives including expatriate management and international policies.
• Oversee HR budgeting and quarterly forecasting, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Lead HR projects and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
