Eurofins Brussels is seeking a Process & Project Manager to support the Compensation & Benefits Team in executing global compensation processes across international operations.

You will coordinate annual compensation reviews, deliver dashboards, drive process improvements, and ensure data quality while collaborating with HR and Finance colleagues in a fast-growing, diverse, global company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, controlling, consulting, project management or business analytics.
• Experience in managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders and international exposure is a plus.
• Strong project management discipline, ownership and accountability are essential.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with compensation, benefits or related HR processes is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Act as operational partner and deputy to the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team.
• Coordinate annual compensation review timelines, milestones and communications.
• Develop dashboards, reports and management presentations from HR/financial data.
• Lead compensation-related projects and drive process improvements.
• Ensure data quality, governance and timely delivery across stakeholders.
