Azelis is seeking a Group Reward Expert to govern and continuously improve the global reward framework across regions, ensuring equity, compliance and competitiveness, while aligning with business performance.

You will partner with the ExCom, Regional HR, Finance and external advisors to drive data-driven insights, lead the Reward Centre of Excellence, and oversee compensation, benefits, job architecture and analytics.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, MBA or related field.
10+ years of progressive Compensation & Benefits in a complex international organization.
Global reward expertise including executive compensation and pension governance.
Strong analytics, benchmarking and market pricing knowledge; pay transparency.
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
Fluent in English; strong stakeholder leadership.

Responsabilités

Govern global reward framework and ensure correct application across regions.
Lead annual merit reviews and STI/LTI processes.
Maintain salary structures and job architecture; ensure alignment with strategy.
Oversee benefits, pensions and international mobility governance.
Develop reward analytics dashboards and regulatory compliance reporting.
Drive transformation and automation of reward processes; partner with HRIS/payroll.
Influence senior stakeholders and build a Reward Centre of Excellence.
Communicate reward changes clearly to executives and HR teams.
