Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Project Manager to support the global team with executing and improving compensation and benefits processes across international markets.
You will coordinate annual compensation cycles, analytics, governance and HRIS projects, acting as deputy to the Manager and ensuring on-time delivery, data quality and cross-functional alignment with HR and Finance. SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:
The Compensation & Benefits Project Manager will support the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team with the execution, coordination, administration and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits processes.
In this role, you will focus on ensuring the timely delivery of annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, reporting, analytics, governance and HR systems projects across an international environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
The ideal candidate has a background in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, Project Management, HR Operations or Business Analytics. Success in this role will depend far more on execution capabilities, project management discipline, analytical strength, ownership and the ability to deliver complex recurring processes on time, rather than on prior Compensation & Benefits expertise. We are looking for a highly driven individual who takes accountability, follows through on commitments and can take on the role of a reliable Deputy to the Manager of Compensation & Benefits Team.
