TCR INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Commercial Associate to join our growing Commercial team as we expand globally. You will help shape offers and pricing for your region, collaborate with local entities and HQ, and support senior leaders through financial analysis and data-driven proposals.

You will travel to support regional teams, develop market intelligence, participate in negotiations, and contribute to due diligence and valuations for potential M&A.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, or related field.
• Excellent communicator with curiosity and humility.
• Minimum 4 years in a highly professional environment.
• Willingness to learn the technical side of the business.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Proficient in English; other major languages are a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude when facing challenges.

Responsabilités

• Support leadership with financial analysis and modelling for projects.
• Prepare commercial offers and business cases for board approval.
• Define pricing approaches on commercial opportunities.
• Assist in due diligence and company valuations for M&A.
• Develop market intelligence and participate in negotiations.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with local teams and operations to ensure competitive offers.
• Travel to support regional commercial teams as needed.
