• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of financial analysis experience focused on commercial FP&A in international environment.
• Advanced Excel, BI tools, and ERP/CPM software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis for commercial operations, driving growth and profitability.
• Monitor sales, margin, and cost performance; provide insights on pricing, volume, and mix.
• Develop and improve reporting structures, BI dashboards, and top-line drivers.
• Partner with commercial leadership to challenge assumptions and support strategic decisions.
