Job summary

TVH Group seeks a strategic Commercial FP&A Manager to lead financial planning for sales and marketing globally. You’ll translate data into actionable insights and steer the financial performance of commercial operations.

You will partner with Pricing, Procurement and GMT, drive multi‑dimensional forecasts, and elevate FP&A capabilities with modern BI tools. Hybrid role based in Waregem with competitive package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on commercial FP&A or strategic finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP/CPM software (Oracle, Anaplan).
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial FP&A and financial planning for global sales and marketing.
• Monitor sales, margins, pricing and AUP; deliver actionable insights.
• Build and improve reporting structures, BI dashboards, and governance.
• Advise leadership and cross‑functional teams to optimize revenue and margins.
