Orange Business is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth across existing clients and greenfield accounts. You will shape opportunities, engage at C-level, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions.

You will lead with strategic thinking, manage complex commercial negotiations, and nurture a global network of prospects and partners to win high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of client-facing experience in telecom or IT, depending on seniority.
• Experience leading sales/solutions teams through a full sales cycle.
• Strong digital transformation knowledge and ability to engage at C-level.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and build a qualified pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and grow profitable relationships with OB clients and greenfield accounts.
• Develop opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline with high win probability.
• Lead bid teams, coordinate solutions, and present proposals with a disruptive commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, and SDRs to drive outbound lead generation.
• Maintain CRM updates and accurate forecasting for resourcing and business planning.
