Manulife/John Hancock is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to establish and scale long-term client relationships within the Global Employee Benefits space. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, visiting clients and advisors, mentoring colleagues, and participating in meetings and training sessions.

The position requires cross-border travel, a strong professional network, and fluency in English. Hybrid working arrangement supported by a broad, multinational team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or Insurance.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and strategic client relationship management in Global Employee Benefits.

Responsabilités

• Drive productivity for IGP’s Captive proposition by creating pipelines and closing deals.
• Own the evolution of IGP’s Captive proposition to increase value and market relevance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and advisors to position IGP as the top Employee Benefits network.
• Meet with clients, prospects and advisors in person; cross-border travel required.
