Manulife/John Hancock is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to establish and scale long-term client relationships within the Global Employee Benefits space. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, visiting clients and advisors, mentoring colleagues, and participating in meetings and training sessions.
The position requires cross-border travel, a strong professional network, and fluency in English. Hybrid working arrangement supported by a broad, multinational team.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they view IGP as a professional, knowledgeable, and strong service provider. This role involves meeting sales goals, visiting clients and key advisors, coaching/mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in various meetings and training sessions (lifelong learning).

Employees participate in sales incentive programs and earn incentive compensation based on role-specific criteria.
