Manulife Financial is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring IGP is viewed as a premier service provider. The position involves cross-border travel and presenting at events, with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates located in Brussels, Boston, or Toronto are welcome.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they view IGP as a professional, knowledgeable, and strong service provider.
This role involves meeting sales goals, visiting clients and key advisors, coaching/mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in various meetings and training sessions (lifelong learning).

The compensation for this role includes salary and sales incentives and is expected to be between €70,000.00 EUR - €130,000.00 EUR
Employees participate in sales incentive programs and earn incentive compensation based on role‑specific criteria. Actual compensation will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, local market conditions as well as relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
