Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Commercial Programme Manager to lead high-impact programmes across Commercial, Marketing, Product, Clinical and Operations. You will initially own the Health & Wellbeing portfolio, shaping value delivery for clients and improving customer experience.

The role offers visibility with senior stakeholders, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership to drive growth, governance, and data-driven insights across markets in an international business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex programmes, projects, or business initiatives within a commercial environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong planning, organisation, and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience within International Health, Employee Benefits, Healthcare, Insurance, or other B2B service environments would be advantageous.
