Axis Group is seeking an SME Insurance Account Manager to build strong client relationships, advise on non-life insurance, and optimize commercial processes. You will manage existing clients and pursue new business, delivering value through tailored risk coverage.

You will work across offices, collaborate with insurers, and participate in sales meetings, aiming for top customer satisfaction. A university or bachelor in Finance & Insurance and MiFID certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• University or bachelor’s degree in Finance & Insurance or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of underwriting and sales of non-life insurance for individuals and businesses.
• Excellent command of Dutch with basic French and English.
• MiFID insurance certifications as required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients and expand the portfolio by pursuing new business.
• Maintain contacts with offices to generate leads.
• Provide clients with expert advice and clear value-based agreements.
• Maximize client satisfaction by proposing improvements and development ideas.
• Develop strong connections with insurers.
• Identify and optimize sales processes.
• Analyze the client portfolio annually to spot sales opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and support the team with insights.
