Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to establish and maintain long‑term client relationships and to drive sales goals for IGP’s Captive proposition. You will visit clients, coach teammates, and participate in training sessions across locations.
The role emphasizes building a strong professional network with clients and advisors, traveling as needed, and collaborating across departments to advance growth and leadership in the Employee Benefits space.
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring they view IGP as a professional, knowledgeable, and strong service provider.
This role involves meeting sales goals, visiting clients and key advisors, coaching/mentoring junior colleagues, and participating in various meetings and training sessions (lifelong learning).
