Job summary

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Business Controller to act as a trusted partner across our Biscuits & Bakery unit. You will provide data-driven insights to boost profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth across international operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance or Business Controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; translate financial data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and advise on profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver analyses supporting decisions.
• Drive monthly management reporting with accurate financial results and KPIs.
• Support budgeting and transfer pricing; challenge assumptions and monitor investments.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives such as CAPEX, new product launches, and cost-saving projects.
• Report directly to the Finance Director Biscuits & Bakery.
