Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist to drive global customs strategy and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will translate requirements into internal SOPs and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure timely clearance.

You will advise on HS codes, origin, FTAs, duty optimization, and AEO needs across EU, US, UK and other regions. The role emphasizes process improvement and training to strengthen compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Law, Tax or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customs Operations & Trade Compliance in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of HS codes, origin, FTAs and AEO requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Group Customs & Trade Compliance strategy across regions.
• Advise on classification, origin determination, duties and Incoterms.
• Ensure accurate documentation and ongoing compliance across entities and regions.
• Develop and execute the audit program, monitor risks and drive improvements.
• Drive process improvement and digitalization of customs processes.
• Train and coach stakeholders to raise awareness and compliance culture.
