La Lorraine Bakery Group is seeking a Controlling Director for the international Business Unit Frozen. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, partnering with BU leadership to drive performance across regions.

You will supervise 3 finance professionals and collaborate with Group Finance to optimise processes, reporting and data-driven decision making. A master’s degree in finance and extensive FP&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• Extensive experience in controlling and FP&A in an international matrix organisation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a business mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Europe.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for the international Business Unit Frozen.
• Analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate monthly business reviews and monitor regional performance.
• Act as strategic sparring partner to BU leadership and support key investment decisions.
• Transform financial data into meaningful insights and management information.
• Drive forecasting enhancements, scenario analysis and performance management.
• Optimise finance processes, SAP reporting and tools.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance team.
• Build strong connections with regional finance, BU, and Group Finance.
