uman, the Ghent-based AI platform company, seeks a Commercial Excellence Consultant to bridge technology and client strategy, guiding enterprises through their sales transformation toward Solution Selling.

You’ll lead the implementation in large environments, partner with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence teams, and translate sales philosophy into practical daily habits.

Fluent Dutch and English are required; French is a plus for Belgian and international accounts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting.

Responsabilités

• Guide the Transformation: You’ll lead the implementation of uman within enterprise environments, ensuring the platform supports their transition to a more sophisticated Solution Selling approach.
• Be a Strategic Partner: You’ll work closely with Sales Enablement and Commercial Excellence leads to align our AI capabilities with their specific sales methodologies and business objectives.
• Define the New Standard: You’ll help clients move beyond traditional busy work by showing them how to leverage AI to prep for meetings, uncover insights, and spend more time with their customers.
• Practical Problem Solving: You’ll monitor how teams are adapting to this new way of working. When adoption stalls, you’ll dive into the process to identify whether it’s a technical hurdle or a need for better change management.
• Inform the Product: You’ll act as a strategic link between the client’s boardroom and our engineering team, ensuring our roadmap reflects the real-world needs of modern sales leaders.
