delaware BeLux invites an experienced Dynamics Customer Engagement consultant to join our team in Belgium. You will lead presales, workshops and requirements analysis, translating customer needs into reliable Dynamics 365 solutions across service, sales and marketing processes.

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics CE consultant with focus on service, sales and/or marketing.
• Experience working closely with customers and leading presales.
• Excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch/French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead presales activities and workshops throughout projects.
• Analyze customer needs and translate into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide documentation, training and coaching up to go-live, including juniors.

As a functional consultant, you have a passion for marketing, sales or service. You love to work customer facing and get energy out of helping them reach their goals.

You like to take the lead in projects, and want to be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, customizing, documentation and training, up until the go live.

You can understand and gather customers' needs while also challenging them, to then translate them into a sustainable solution. With your knowledge of Service, Sales or marketing business processes, you can tackle these challenges without a doubt!

But it doesn't stop at pure customer work: you are willing to help us improve our way of working and are open to coaching your junior colleagues.

Is there a match?

You...

• have more than 5 years of professional experience as a Dynamics CE consultant or a similar tool, with a focus on Service, sales and/or marketing
• have experience working closely with customers.
• want to take on presales and lead workshops.
• are an excellent listener and communicator, fluent in Dutch/French and English
• have a sharp, analytical mind and know how to strip messages to the core.
• instinctively understand business needs, ask plenty of questions and know how to translate problems into IT solutions.
