Job summary

Cegeka in Mechelen is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to bridge client needs and agile teams within the Digital Business division. You map requirements, conduct analyses and tests, manage the backlog with business stakeholders, and share knowledge across teams.

You will work at the client's site in Mechelen two days a week, enabling close collaboration, continuous learning and delivery of high-quality software that modernises existing landscapes and leverages cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Agile processes and the customer proxy role.
• Ability to facilitate a team and foster an open culture.
• Analytical mindset to structure complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience performing functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between the client and the team as customer proxy.
• Identify and map customer needs; conduct analyses and tests in Agile environments.
• Manage the backlog together with the business stakeholders.
• Share knowledge within and beyond the team.

We offer strategic advice on how to successfully complete a digital transformation from both a technological and organisational perspective. • As the customer proxy, you act as the bridge between the client and the team.


• You identify and map the customer’s needs. You have experience conducting analyses and tests and working with Agile methods.


• Together with the business, you manage the backlog.


• You actively share knowledge within and beyond your team.


• In your role, you ensure that the functionalities you describe are implemented correctly.

What you need to succeed:

• You have at least five years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
